Jigsaw will ensure any complaint is dealt with in a caring and considerate manner, and we aim to acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours of receipt. We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly and as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the complainant informed throughout the process in a transparent and informative manner.
Please be assured that we take every comment and complaint very seriously, and by making a complaint this will not affect your future use of the service we provide in any way, shape, or form.
