We are on the search for a Lead Paramedic Tutor to join #TeamJigsaw at our training centre in Chester, Cheshire.

At Jigsaw Medical we believe in people being at the heart of our success, we are proud of our creative and positive working environment and strive to make sure our team enjoys coming to work. Our foundations are built on transparent and collaborative working from board level to each area of our business.

We are here to provide the best possible services to our clients, candidates, and patients, whether that be clinical to patients at events, NHS Hospitals, ambulance trusts, our clients or our training candidates.

Our Lead Paramedic Clinical Educator will take responsibility for the clinical and professional education delivered by the Jigsaw Medical Training Division, including the development and implementation of new courses (such as the Level 4 Futurequals AAP course). We are committed to delivering a clinically focused, professional and brand- compliant educational service to both internal teams and commercial clients.

We would expect this position holder to champion our core values and convert this into industry-leading clinical education, taking our training division from its well-established roots, into a gold-standard clinical education establishment.

Working closely with the Director of Training & Education, the Lead Paramedic Clinical Educator will be responsible for implementing and driving new clinical-level courses.

Uniquely, Jigsaw is also able to offer frontline shifts to the successful candidate as part of their work plan, facilitating mentorship and clinical exposure to retain clinical practice experience.
