Sainsburys School Games

Some of the #TeamJigsaw crew have had a fantastic week providing the medical cover for the Sainsburys School Games around the North-West. The games are a great scheme that provides unique opportunities for more young people to get involved in sport. Great work all round!

Jigsaw FM BBQ

Today sees the first Jigsaw FM BBQ of the year! Sausages and bacon from the local farm shop, cooked exquisitely by Neil and Jamie’s fair hands, with special thanks to Rich and Jane for all the goodies! Obviously, in true British BBQ style, the heavens opened just in time!

Meet the Team

This week’s Meet #TeamJigsaw sees us getting to know the newest full-time member of staff at our head office, Sam Jones. Sam joins us as a Resource Coordinator where he will be working with healthcare professionals and the compliance team to populate rotas and ensure the highest quality of candidates.

Sam Jones

Let’s see what he said when we asked him 4 random questions in an attempt to get to know him better…

What is your favourite song?

What is your favourite film?

If you were stranded on a desert island, what would you luxury item be?

A pillow to sleep on.

Would you rather…have the ability to fly, or the ability to read minds?

Definitely the ability to fly.

And in other news…

Supernova’s Super-Shockwave seen for the first time. The brilliant flash of an exploding star’s shockwave labelled the “shock breakout” by astronomers has been captured for the first time by the Kepler space telescope. The red supergiant star, located over 1.2 billion light years away is 500 times bigger and 20,000 brighter than our sun!
